We know you’ll be keen to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.
Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime mobile phone number.
We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.
Most consignments are tracked. The tracking number can be viewed from within your Inovice.
Most items are dispatched within one business day, however please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive. Your item will be sent via Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers depending on its size and weight.
