Who will deliver my order to me?

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or our preferred courier.

 

Can I track my order online?

You will receive and email and invoice from us once your order is despatched. Within this email a tracking number will be provided.

 

Is my delivery insured against damage or loss?

We take the responsibility for any damage during delivery.

 

What can I do if the delivery seems to be taking too long?
